Who’s ready for the 2nd Annual South Grand Chalk Walk? The inaugural event was a success and we’re ready for year 2.
Join us Saturday, October 14 for a chance for the community to come together to celebrate artistic talent, fresh air and everything that South Grand has to offer as well as local music from 1-5pm for you to enjoy as you explore the area, plus activities for all ages located in the Ritz Park. Stop by or stay all day as chalk art appears, but be sure to vote for your favorite! Artists will be making the magic happen all day, with voting open from 10am-7pm in Ritz Park.
Official judges will cast their ballots at 4pm for Best of Show (adults), Best K-8 Art, Best High School Art and Best Logo Reproduction. $750 in cash prizes for judged categories and for community favorites.
Last but not least, if it rains, we’ll try for the next day – October 15!
