Grand Spirits Bottle Co shows off “Natural Wine” in a bunch of different styles from across the planet – some from traditional wine producing regions and some not. They believe that winemaking starts on the farms and therefore should be cared for and tended to with the same details and attention that the rest of the vinification process does. Hence our love of the term Intentional Intervention. They focus on producers that are practicing or certified Organic and/or Biodynamic. This means that no chemicals are used during farming – no pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. This is a big risk to the producer and because of that most are low-yield, small-production wines. For this reason, their list and shelves change week to week, which is also part of the fun.
