5-8pm – Artist Open House

After a broad proposal process, the jury has narrowed the field down to three artist proposals for Ritz Park!  Join us for the open house to view the proposals and cast your vote for the public art installation you would most like to see in Ritz Park!

7-8:30pm – Community Drum Circle

If you have ever wanted to play African style drums, now is your chance. Local musician Robert Fishbone will be bringing his drums and his talents to lead a really fun drum circle in Ritz park. Fishbone has been playing percussion for over 40 years, and has been a drum circle facilitator for the last ten. He has worked with businesses, non-profits, health care organizations, schools, faith communities and neighborhoods to help them enjoy and appreciate the benefits of playing big drums.

9-11pm – Jurassic Park

Grab your lawn chairs and blankets and settle in for a showing of the classic, Jurassic Park.  Grab food to-go from a nearby business or pack a dinner and drinks and join us for an evening of fun!
