This presentation of our 50 minute version of The Two Gentlemen of Verona (adapted and directed by Shanara Gabrielle) is free and open to the public. This performance is presented by the South Grand Community Improvement District, and is a SHAKE 38 event.

Two gentlemen, Valentine and Proteus of Verona, are best friends. But when they arrive at the Milan School, they both find themselves in love with the Dean’s daughter, Silvia. Hilarity ensues when Proteus’ first love from Verona, Julia, disguises herself as a man and becomes his page! What will become of these two—or seemingly three—gents as love is professed, secret plans are made and friendships are betrayed?
